Preparing a meal always requires an ample amount of time especially when you have a family that you need to feed on or you’re living alone and there’s no one to cook for you. It’s tiring isn’t it? But there will always be a hack for everything. If you really don’t have time to cook, here’s a 10 minute meal recipe for you. 

  1. Chicken Rice Bowl

This chicken rice bowl dish is incredibly simple to whip together on a weeknight, even when you're pressed for time, and you probably already have all of the ingredients on hand. After getting the onion and pepper started in the sauté pan, go on to making the quick rice. 


  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen green pepper, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 package (9 ounces) ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips
